Functie omschrijving The AML Systems Infrastructure team is responsible for defining the strategic direction for systems tooling to support the AML programme for filtering. The team provides subject matter expertise and support to Group Manufacturing in their implementation of and related execution of system related functions.
• Liaises directly with key stakeholders within group AML Operations and ACES to ensure that standards are effectively designed and implemented in operational systems.
• Creates and implements processes to ensure effective oversight on List and Rules Management operational areas implementing the global standards.
• Provides subject matter expertise on the tuning of Filtering systems.

DELIVERABLES:
• Oversight plan to manage operational risks.

SCOPE OF ROLE:
• Group wide with an emphasis on the identifying high risks within the processes and developing an oversight plan for the operational team.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
• Communication, interpersonal, team-working and organisational skills
• Influencing and conflict resolution skills


Functie eisen

• 2-5 years´ experience working in a bank regulatory or financial institution AML environment.
• Working in Project Based environment
• Assessing and managing business risks
• Experience working with AML-related systems such as Filtering, Monitoring, CDD
• Organisational awareness including working knowledge of general process, specific controls and prevention mechanisms
• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of relevant policies, processes, systems and issues potentially impacting on the Group’s money laundering profiles
• Flexible and adaptable approach to responsibilities, priorities and working practices- ability to function within virtual teams across regions.
